Warrior71 Asset Recovery is a private firm that helps individuals identify and recover surplus or excess funds resulting from property tax sales or foreclosure sales. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with any local, state, or federal government agency.

If you engage us, our services and fees will be described in a separate written contingency fee agreement, which you are free to review, discuss with an attorney, and decline to sign. You are never obligated to work with Warrior71, and in most cases you may pursue a surplus funds claim directly with the relevant court or county at no cost.
By providing your phone number through our chat widget or otherwise, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us related to your potential claim, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent to text messages at any time by replying STOP.
We make no guarantee that any surplus funds exist, that a claim will be approved, or as to the amount or timing of any recovery. Recovery depends on court and county processes outside of our control.
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. We may update or remove content on this Site at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warrior71 and Devcore Homes Investments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
